What is a Culinary Training Program?
The culinary training program is provided to fulfill the requirements in the art of food processing industry to work in the world of hospitality, cruise ships and restaurants.
The culinary training program is suitable for those who are currently preparing the future accompanied by self-provision with the understanding and skills needed in the food processing industry as well as studying the components of food, including the preparation, cooking process, and the process of serving food.
Program Duration
This culinary training program is fast, precise, and purposed for work.
- 44 Months: Theory and Practice
– 3 months of theory and practice (Casual & Extracurricular at reputable hotels in Bandung every Weekend)
– 1 Month Volunteer. Volunteer at reputable hotels Bandung - 6 Months: On The Job Training
6 Months On The Job Training in 4 & 5 star hotels both in Bandung and Malaysia - 2 Months: Guidance & Referral

Training Direction and Objectives
- Students will learn the principles of food processing;
- Students will learn the art of food processing (Culinary Arts);
- Students will learn the stages of preparation, the cooking process, and the process of serving food;
- Students will be provided with a balance of atmosphere in the culinary field and the world of hospitality, we also offer a unique learning and work environment, deepening the legacy of the spirit of culinary traditions in the world of hospitality, cruise ships and restaurants;
- Students are able to compete in the international by seizing job opportunities that are available.

Program Facilities
Dorms
For students participating in the program, dormitories are part of the educational activities during the educational program (4 months of theory & practice education).
English Courses
As a facility to improve language skills, English courses are available during the educational program (4 months of theory & practice education).
The cost for dormitory facilities and English courses is IDR 600,000 per month.

- Copy of e-KTP Identity Card (and include the original);
- Copy of SMA/SMK/MA/PERSAMAAN Report Card (legalized and includes the original) Semester 6;
- Original SKCK from Sector Police;
- Original Health Certificate from Doctor.
