IHCT NEW STUDENTS – BANDUNG

01	Online Registration	Prospective new students carry out online registration by completing the complete registration form.
02	Issuance of Virtual Account – Junio Smart	Each prospective student will receive a Briva Account Number [BRI Virtual Account] – Junio Smart in their respective names according to the name data entered in the online registration form. Briva Account Number [BRI Virtual Account] – Junio Smart, found in the Junio Smart application, in the “Billing” menu, and after clicking / selecting the “Pay now” menu , the Briva Account Number [BRI Virtual Account] – Junio Smart will be displayed, below the registration number and student name data. The account data and password to log in to the Junio Smart application will be sent by the campus admin to the prospective student's WhatsApp number and parent/guardian's WhatsApp number registered in the online registration form.
03	Re-registration fee transfer	Prospective students and parents/guardians will receive notification of 're-registration' billing data. Billing data is registered in the Junio Smart application account, namely in the menu “Billing”. When logging in to the application for parents/guardians, in the billing data that appears, there is a menu “Pay now”. Please click on the menu if you want to make a payment for billing data. After the menu, “Pay now”, is clicked, the 15-digit bill data and name and account number of Briva [BRI Virtual Account] – Junio Smart will appear, starting with the numbers: 720045801xxxxxx , this is a special account number that has been registered in the name of each student. And this account number will be used as the destination account number for the purposes of paying billing data for the next education program at IHCT – Bandung.
04	Hardcopy Requirements Collection	Prospective students collect registration requirements documents and submit them to the Training Division inhardcopy form. Files are submitted at the time of the invitation to the Initial Program Meeting. The meeting was attended by prospective students and their parents/guardians.
05	Program Initial Meeting	The campus will invite prospective students and their parents/guardians to attend the initial program meeting, as an initial stage in synergizing the objectives of the hotel and cruise education program at IHCT – Bandung, between the campus and prospective students /i along with parents/guardians.
06	Orientation	After the initial program meeting is held, prospective students will take part in the Campus Orientation program (campus introduction period and introduction to hotel and cruise ship programs as well as majors/fields) for 1 to 1. 2 weeks.
07	Program Started	After the orientation period, the next event was removing the scarf as a sign of the end of the orientation activities and continued with adding name tags and PIN as a sign of the transfer of the participant's title from prospective student/ i am a student at IHCT – Bandung.
